JEGASEC develops software for resilient operation in degraded, disconnected and contested environments. The systems critical operators depend on, a mission network, a contested radio link, a vehicle fleet, are usually built for a clean world that does not exist in the field: bolted together from tools that do not talk to each other, and assuming nothing will go wrong. JEGASEC is founder-led and early-stage, building the alternative: sovereign, edge-first software designed from the ground up to keep operating when the environment turns hostile, and to give the people running it a clear, honest picture of what is actually happening.
An operational-resilience company, not a security consultancy.
JEGASEC's identity is its products. Continuity, our flagship, is an autonomous resilient-communications orchestrator, and Fleet Shield is a secondary operational-data product for fragmented fleets. The company combines resilient communications, edge decision-making, systems engineering, cybersecurity and operational-data software, turning raw signals (network telemetry, sensor readings, positions) into decisions a person or a system can act on under pressure.
Security engineering is a real commercial capability, intended to support customers and help fund continued product development. It is important to what we do, and it keeps us close to how systems actually get attacked and fail, but it is not the ultimate identity of the company. The products are.

Gobi Jegarajasingham
Founder, JEGASEC
JEGASEC was founded by Gobi Jegarajasingham, a former Royal Australian Air Force electronics engineering officer with experience supporting electronic-warfare simulation, sensitive technical data governance and multidisciplinary Defence engineering work.
He holds a Bachelor of Computing and Cyber Security from UNSW Canberra and commenced a Juris Doctor at Monash University in May 2026, which he continues to study alongside his work in cybersecurity and technology.
Gobi founded JEGASEC from firsthand exposure to the challenges of operating complex technical systems in environments where communications, infrastructure and information cannot always be assumed to remain available. JEGASEC is focused on applying disciplined security engineering to help organisations build, assess and operate more resilient technical systems.
Its near-term focus is delivering security engineering engagements for organisations operating complex or security-sensitive systems, while using those engagements to inform the development of future JEGASEC software and capabilities.
JEGASEC is a separate project from JEGACAP, his open-source ASX systematic portfolio research project, same engineering approach, different domain.

We build working systems, not slideware, even a research demonstrator has to actually run, not just look convincing in a screenshot.
Cross-domain by default
Fleets get attacked through networks. Networks get exploited through physical access. We design for the seams, not just the silos.
No dashboard theatre
A screen full of charts nobody acts on isn't intelligence. Every view we build is tied to a decision someone actually needs to make.
The practice serves the products
Our security-engineering work is a commercial services capability intended to fund the roadmap, and it keeps us close to how systems really fail. It sharpens the products; it isn't a sales funnel for them. If the right answer is that you don't need what we build, that's the answer you'll get.
